Fried Rice in vetgetarian festival...

  Today I teach you to cook vetgetarian fried rice with Proteen made from Taofu and basil leave with red chilli ,mixed with bean sauce and little bit of sugar for taste good. Please see how to cook from the picture... easy easy...then you will get a plate of fried rice ..in lightly day during vetgetarian festival... ( actually the festival had finished since last Sunday ( Oct 13,13 ) in Thailand...but I think it's never too late for you to try... Sure...it's delicious.....

                                                             Mamuang Chae Im This few months are the season for Thai mango , you can see more kind of mangoes in the market. Today I will cook sweet pickled mango which is spend less time cooking and this dish is as a snack for easy day. Preparation :-   Raw mangoes with sour.                                                                        Then slice thin like this...                                                           Put salt one tea spoon in it.   Then follow with sugar (white or brown sugar -ok),depend on ...                                                                  Mixing and brewing it.                                                                                                   Put in the box and keep in refrigerator around 2-3 hours then can eat.   Mix sugar,salt and minced dry chilly for eat with this mango dish..It 's delicious ....                                        Guaytiew Lui Suan ( Noodle in the garden) Today I cook easy recipe called "Guaytiew Lui Suan " or noodle in the garden which means mixing many kind of vetgetables inside noodle sheet and eat with soy sauce. Ingredients Tofu,cube cut                           1 cup Baby corn,cube cut                   1 cup Carrot ,cube cut                        1 cup Mushroom soak, sliced             1 cup Noodle sheet                            1/2 Kg. Chilly    ...depend on  Black sweet soy sauce ..depend on Sugar .....depend on Vinegar... depend on Lettuce  for eat with noodle     Preparation See the picture...     Fried mushroom first ...   After stir mushroom ,then put baby corn ,carrot ,pure soy sauce in it and stir it. Put tofu the last, slow stir till finished, the taste is little bit salt from sauce but sweet from vetgetables.        Then we  cook sauce

Gaeng Som Goong ( Light Sweet and Sour Prawn Curry ) Gaeng Som Goong is considered to be both a central and southern food, the southerners like to add their favourite turmeric powder ,giving a dish a distinctive yellw colour. Ingredients can include fish ,prawn or grilled fish  and vegetables such as cabbage and Chinese leaves. For futther variety,use bamboo shoots,horse-radish,the top of the  coconut or soft watermelon peel. Ingredients Soup                              1 cup Prawns                       100 g. lettuce (white)              30 g. Green bean                   20 g. Carrot                           10 g. Cauliflwer                    10 g. Tamarind paste            1.5 dsp. Sugar                               1 dsp. Fish Sauce                       2 dsp. Chilli paste                 2 1/2 dsp. Toom Hua Chai Tao ( Radish with Minced Pork Soup) This dish is easy cooking and good soup for join with other dishes in each meal,actually it's not real Thai food but it's apply from Chinese food. I think this soup is delicious and soft food. By radish itself properties for cool inside body. So that ,in the warm weather day ,I suggess you to cook this for everyone. Ingredients Radish                          2 Minced Pork              300 g. Soy sauce                      4 tbs. Spring Union                  3 Stocked Soup              Preparation Slice radish like this...                 Boil stock soup then put minced pork in....               Follow with soy sauce .. and pure radish in..             Deem fire down cause boiling water will make soup is not clear ,spend time          till radish is solf and fine ,during this.. oftens scoop up bubble during boiling.            Till it's fine ..take about half an hour..
